A number of our attorneys joined Herrick after serving in prominent public sector positions, including a former commissioner of the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals, a former director of the Department of City Planning, a former member of the City Council’s land use committee, two former members of the United States Congress, and a former senior member of Mayor Bloomberg’s legislative affairs team.
They represent clients in their interactions with key government agencies, provide political advocacy, assist with navigating thorny matters through government approvals, and represent clients in large-scale real estate development projects that fall under the New York City Uniform Land Use Review Process (ULURP).
